Adults and children alike are invited to enjoy ice skating at Rosemont Ice Arena during public skate hours.
Rental skates and beginner skate aids are available upon request.
PUBLIC SKATE
Freestyle Ice is for competitive skaters (adult and youth) to use for practice time and for private lessons. Freestyle Ice sessions are priced in 30 minute increments.
Participation is limited to 30 skaters.
FREESTYLE ICE
Stick N’ Puck provides a perfect opportunity for hockey players of all ages to focus on skill development during unstructured ice time. Participation is limited to 30 skaters and 4 goalies per session and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
STICK N’ PUCK
Hockey players that seek additional instruction can benefit from private lessons at Rosemont Ice Arena. These coached lessons are tailored to each athlete’s specific needs and are offered for all age groups.
HOCKEY PRIVATES
The Rosemont Adult Hockey League offers various levels of play including a House and C division. The league participates in 22 regular season games and at least one guaranteed playoff game. League schedules, standings, and contacts are available on the Rosemont AHL website.
ROSEMONT ADULT HOCKEY LEAGUE
Chicago Edge Skating Academy offers various programs for recreational skaters, figure skaters, and hockey players of all skill levels.
Specialty classes, private lessons, camps, open skates, competitions and ice shows are available in addition to fundamental Learn-to-Skate classes.
LEARN TO SKATE
Rosemont Ice Arena’s two NHL regulation ice rinks are regularly rented by individuals and hockey/figure skating clubs for hosting practices, games, tournaments, clinics, camps, parties, and more. Both ice sheets are available for hourly rentals from 6 a.m. - midnight.
ICE TIME
Enjoy unique, active birthday celebrations or corporate events without worrying about the food preparation, clean-up, or keeping the party guests entertained!
